1 X 2 Betting Stats
Manuel Pellegrini’s side were simply more efficient than the rest winning 71% of all their games this season while their results at home also played a huge role. Having won 89% of their home games while only losing 5%, the Citizens boast the best home record with Liverpool having won 85% of their games at home and losing 10%. Arsenal - who led the table for majority of the season - top the away table, having won 57% of all their away games, despite crushing away losses to Everton, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City. Had they at least drawn those games to go hand in hand with their 68% home win record, maybe they could have ended the title drought as well. At the bottom of the table, Sunderland who were languishing in 20th for majority of the campaign, saw a late surge through Gus Poyet, winning many big away games against the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United at the business end of the season. Having only lost 47% of their overall away games compared to Cardiff City and Fulham’s 68% or Norwich City’s 73%, their performances on the road ultimately helped them stay up in the Premier League.

Over Under Betting Stats
When it comes to over under 2.5 goals betting, Liverpool top the lot having matches with over 2.5 goals in 79% of their games this season. To make the performances of Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge even more impressive is the fact that Liverpool's matches have finished with over 2.5 goals in 85% of their away games with the next highest percentage coming from Newcastle’s 69%. One interesting aspect is Crystal Palace’s low over 2.5 record, just 29% of their games have finished with over 2.5 goals this season. With Tony Pulis’ men finishing 11th, this just highlights how much of a defensive unit the newly promoted side became under the former Stoke City boss.
