Denmark - Armenia preview
The bookies see Denmark as huge favorites against Armenia, but in this game a surprise looks like it’s going to happen.
Denmark aren’t a country that should be proud of their national team’s performances in the last couple of years. They are just not doing well recently and the reason for that might be simple – lack of quality players. To be fair, they do have Danny Agger, Thomas Kahlenberg, and a few more experienced players, but all of those are approaching the end of their careers. Another problem is that the only real striker is Niclas Bendtner, who is far from being in a good form.
The most famous and definitely the best player of Armenia is Henrikh Mkhitaryan. The BVB player has been doing great in his club and is motivated to start doing the same for his national team. But Armenia aren’t a one-man army. They have plenty of players of high quality, although they’re not famous around the world.
