Please note that once you have closed your Bet365 account, you will not be able to deposit any funds or play using any of our products. Before closing your account, you may also wish to withdraw your remaining balance, which can be done as long as your account is verified. So, how to close your bet365 account?

Once you have logged in, the first step is to click on My Accounts on the top toolbar. You will then be presented with five additional tabs. The fourth tab from the left is titled Account Closure. Simply click on this, and you will be directed to the page you need to be on in order to close your account.

If you are ready to go ahead and immediately close your account, then you can select an option from the Closure Period section.

The Closure Period section has two options. The first is Duration. If you select this option then you will need to click on Please Select, to access a dropdown list of options. From there, you can select the duration that is suitable to you.

The second option is called Until. Selecting this option will allow you to set your own specific closure duration. You will then be able to use scrollbar options to select a day, month and year, until which your account will remain closed.

Once you have set the closure period for your account, you will be asked why you are leaving Bet365. You may have all kinds of reasons for wanting to know how to close your bet365 account and for acting upon this advice. One thing bet365 can promise is that you will not be penalised for your choice.

The reason bet365 ask why you are leaving is that we always want to provide the best possible service, and your feedback is crucial to this process. Some users wish to unfollow bet365 on social media and cancel v notifications during this time, while others wish to keep up with what is happening.

Should you wish to reopen your Bet365 account before your selected duration of closure is up, then you may do so by answering additional security questions. If not then your Bet365 account will now officially be closed.
