With William Hill Super Sub, which applies to selected televised games throughout the season, your bet will run on to whichever footballer replaces your chosen player, at the original odds you were given.

In order to explain this offer further, we have come up with some examples of situations in which the Super Sub promotion would come into effect, saving you from a frustrating viewing experience.

Perhaps the most obvious applicable market is Antime Goalscorer. So, let's say you bet on Alexis Sanchez to score anytime, but he is substituted in the 65th minute, with Olivier Giroud replacing him. Your original bet on Sanchez remains alive and if Giroud scores, you win the same amount you would have won if Sanchez had scored.

However, William Hill Super Sub also applies to various other markets, including the Hat-Trick market. Imagine, if you will, that you have placed a bet on Wayne Rooney to score a hat-trick. He scores two, but before he can score his third, he is substituted for Marcus Rashford. If Rashford then scores, you win your original hat-trick bet.

Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, the William Hill Super Sub promotion only applies to selected televised games.

These include any Premier League game on Sky Sports or BT Sport, any Champions League game on BT Sport, any English Championship game on Sky Sports, any FA Cup game on BBC or BT Sport, any La Liga game on Sky Sports, any Scottish Premier League or Scottish FA Cup game on Sky Sports, and selected Europa League or internationals.

In the event that your chosen player is substituted, and that substitute is then replaced later in the game, your bet will continue on to a third player, still using the original odds you were given. Any winnings are credited to your William Hill account balance as normal, much like with any other bet.
